We do not require personal accounts to use the App. Therefore, we do not collect personal information such as names, emails, or addresses unless you voluntarily provide them via support or contact forms.

This information is collected solely for internal analytics and improving app functionality.

1.3 Imported Sounds

You can import sounds from your device. We:

• Do not upload or store imported sounds on our servers
• Store imported sounds locally on your device only

You are responsible for any rights associated with imported content.

2. Sharing

The App allows you to share soundscapes directly with friends via messaging, email, or other device features. Recipients must have lawful access to the App and its sounds to use shared soundscapes in compliance with any applicable licenses.

We do not transmit any data to our servers when you share soundscapes; sharing happens directly from your device to others.

3. Analytics and Crash Reporting

We may use third-party tools to collect anonymized analytics and crash data, which help us:

• Understand how the App is used
• Identify bugs or performance issues
• Improve user experience

These tools do not collect personally identifiable information.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services:

5. Advertising

The App does not display ads and does not share user data with advertisers.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is rated 4+ on the App Store. The App does not collect any personal information from children under 13.

7. Data Security

The App does not collect or store personal information on external servers. All app data is stored locally on the user’s device or handled by third-party services only as necessary for their functionality (such as in-app purchases or crash reporting). We do not operate our own servers for storing user data.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personally identifiable information by default:

• You can control any imported sounds stored on your device.
• You can delete the App at any time to remove any local data.
