Resonaut Sound License

Last updated: February 8, 2026

1. Grant of License

Resonaut grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the included sounds in personal and commercial projects, including but not limited to music, videos, games, podcasts, applications, broadcasts, and other multimedia productions.

You may modify, mix, and process the sounds without restriction.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Sounds must be used as part of a larger creative work and not distributed in isolation.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and ownership of the original sounds remain with Resonaut or the respective sound creators. This license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.

4. Attribution

Attribution is not required unless explicitly stated by a sound's specific license.

5. Sounds With Separate Licenses

Some sounds may include or reference their own licenses or attribution requirements. If a sound includes a specific license notice or attribution requirement, that license applies to that sound instead of this license.

Any sound distributed through Resonaut that does not include a separate license notice is governed by this Resonaut Sound License by default.

6. User-Imported Sounds

Sounds imported or created by users remain the responsibility and property of the user. This license does not apply to user-owned content.

7. License for User-Created Mixes

Any mixes or soundscapes created within Resonaut using the included sounds are considered user creations. You may use your mixes commercially or personally in music, videos, games, podcasts, or other multimedia projects.

However, the underlying sounds remain licensed under the Resonaut Sound License. You may not extract, distribute, or sell the original sounds as standalone files from your mix.
